of Trading
Prices are inclusive of delivery
and VAT (15%) on the mainland UK.
Delivery outside of the UK will incur an additional charge.
Payment with the order or on receipt of invoice. All goods remain
the property of Neuff Athletic Equipment Ltd until paid for in full.
They are however the responsibility of the recipient for safekeeping.
Delivery will be byRoyal Mail standard service or by commercial
carrier on a three day service basis (Saturdays, Sundays and Bank
Holidays excluded). A more rapid service for delivery can be provided
at extra cost. Next day service (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and
Bank Holidays) is extra. Timed delivery and Saturday delivery is
extra by a very considerable amount. We will normally dispatch within
a few days but please allow up to 28 days for our packing and dispatch.
We will let you know if there is a problem. An advice note is sent
as soon as we send the goods. Unfortunately carriers surcharge deliveries
across the sea and to parts of Scotland. Please enquire if appropriate.
Non receipt of goods should be notified within 10 days of the invoice.
All goods and packaging should be inspected before signing a
carrier's receipt. Any damage must be noted on the receipt note.
It is also essential to delete the words "good condition" from the
receipt note.
We will endeavour to maintain the prices but reserve the right to
modify them in the light of changed circumstances. Manufacturing
specifications may change in the light of developments.
We accept Visa, Access,
Switch, Delta and Solo cards as a means of payment.
